Biography

Diane Lowe serves as the immediate past Chair of the NSEC

She is a representative to NSEC appointed by Bishop Mark Holmerud, Sierra Pacific Synod, Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA). She is a lay member of Lutheran Church of the Master, Sacramento, CA.
